I have been using travel01 for 3 years now

I have been using travel01 for 3 years now, and I’ve never had problems with my tickets. Josh, my agent, is always very helpful in finding good deals for my family, with shorter layovers during our trips. I have suggested his services to a few friends, and they were happy with the way he managed their trips.

I had a feeling the offer was too good

I had a feeling the offer was too good to be true, but the price looked very tempting. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the low price was just a standby rate, which wasn't clear in the fare notification. In the end, I had to pay a higher price for the flight. The representative was nice and managed to get me into standard economy with a seat assigned. The three stars are mainly because of the misleading price, not the agent's work.

Don’t trust!

I tried to book some flights and after I landed on the website they have they tried to get from us about $1000 more ( for 4 persons together) because “no seats available “ on the lowest price we choose … Definitely scammers… Lately we got many like them in Canada, unfortunately….

I was a bit unsure about using a site I hadn't heard of before, especially since I've had some not-so-great experiences when booking flights before. But Lisa made everything a lot easier. She took the time to explain the pricing details and exactly what the tickets would include, as well as any extra charges I could expect if I wanted. She also reassured me about the E-tickets and how to print the boarding passes. The fast replies and personal touch were a big plus for me. I'll definitely consider reaching out to Lisa again for upcoming trips.

Derek was very helpful in describing various flight choices and patiently searched for the best prices for me. We spoke on the phone for more than 30 minutes, and his main aim was to make sure I felt good about my flights before we finished. He clearly explained each option before guiding me to pick the one that worked best for me and my family. Booking tickets for a group of 7 can be tough, but Derek made this job much simple.

Fraud

Same as the others. They offer cheap tickets and get your credit card information. Then call and say your choices are to either pay more or forfeit the original amount. I hung up on them without making either choice. 12 hours later, after receiving a dozen phone calls from 4 different numbers, 6 text messages and one emai, I canceled my credit card. No legitimate company operates like this.

I was searching for airline tickets online when I found travel01, so I gave them a call. I spoke with James, who was very helpful and found me a great deal, much better than what I saw on other sites and even with the airline. Now, travel01 is my first choice for airline tickets. Today, James helped me get tickets for nearly half the price compared to the airlines and other sites. These tickets are for my Christmas trip with family, and James really saved us a lot of money. He is a true pro, and whatever he promises, he always keeps!

Bait and Switch Scam

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. This is a complete scam!! I had the same experience as all the other reviews I read on here. I should have read the reviews first! This was a learning experience.

A definite bait and switch & no tickets

Similar to others, they had one price advertised on their website and allows you to purchase the ticket, then they call you late at night saying the return flight is not available, you can’t have even a 1kg personal item, and you have to pay a lot extra. When you try to cancel, they argue with you and say you can’t it’s non-refundable. Do not recommend. Two days later and still don’t have the airfare tickets that I supposedly bought-been no charge as of yet 2-days later. Will certainly file a dispute with the card if a charge ever comes through. I had an unauthorized attempt to change my password on my email that night as well and makes me wonder if clicking on their authorization button had anything to do with it. In any case, steer clear.

Travelo1 is Scam

They advertise very low prices on Wego but won’t issue ticket, instead they call to negotiate a higher price saying the advertised ticket is restricted/unavailable. They even pretend to have charged the credit card to put pressure. Stay away from them.

I had a good time with this company, this is the second time I got tickets from them. All the agents are very friendly. The agent who helped me book the tickets, named Zack, was nice and professional and found a good deal for me. I was very happy.

I've dealt with Josh multiple times to buy flights for me and my family. He always makes an extra effort to find the best deals and the most suitable flights for us. I won't book tickets with anyone else and look forward to working with him as we often visit our hometown in Jamaica.

ZERO STAR FRAUDSTERS

Yep. After getting screwed I read the reviews. Wish I would have read them before paying. Round trip was advertised $321.00. Billed $681.98. WHY? Because I'm taking a carry on bag!! Believe that? How do these people stay in business and why are they not in jail. Guess I'll dispute the charge with my credit card company.

After going through many reviews, I was a bit unsure but chose to try travelo1. I’m so glad I did! ZACK assisted us. We called on Friday, and within an hour, we had tickets for almost half the price compared to the united airlines website. Since this was a last-minute family emergency, we were anxious and just wanted to reach our destination as soon as possible. We’re leaving on Monday morning with seats and checked bags all set, thanks to Zack. I value his time, understanding, and patiance (from a once hesitant buyer) after calling him back around 20 times for updates and every question that popped into my head. We’ll be contacting Zach for our future trips and wish him well.

Bait and Switch SCAM

I needed to book a flight and used them to find a flight. I paid them. Then I got a call saying that my return flight was no longer available and oh I couldnt have any personal items. I asked if I could pay extra for a bag and they said no.. (that was a lie) I ended up paying 2x the amount for a flight with a different carrier. I was told I would not get my initial payment back ($250). Thus, I felt pressured and bullied to go ahead and book what they were offering because otherwise I would be out $250 and still need to get airfare. I let Mary know that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB as this was a bait and switch scam. This is after I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told no. I was told I could only speak with Mary. I went ahead and filed the complaint with the BBB. I got a call this AM. They screamed at me for filing the complaint. They told me they would cancel my flight if I did not take my complaint back. I told them that the complaint was valid and they are not ethical. She yelled at me that they are cancelling my flight and I would not get a refund then hung up. This is completely unethical and feels illegal. They lied. They pressured and bullied me into booking the flight. They should not be allowed to be in business.
