Em marzo 2024,,compre un vuelo a Carolina del Sur,,todo pagado,,a los días me llaman que tengo que pagar el vuelo,,les costo mucho entender que estaba pagado,,hable como con 5 personas,,todo quedo bien,,al pasar los días nuevamente me llaman que tengo que pagar el vuelo si no me lo anulan,,le explique que estaba pagdo,,esta vez no entendieron,,,no me importo busque otro lugar más serio,los llame por la devolución del dinero, me dicen que el vuelo rsta listo que no se puede hacer devolución de dinero,,,me aseguraron que todo estaba bien,,llame a United en donde me confirmaron que estaba todo bien,,días pasados llame a la united,para confirmar,,me informan que el vuelo esta cerrado ( anulado),,esta famosa compañia travel 01,,me anulo el vuelo,sin ninguna explicacion,lo bueno que la línea aérea me resolvió ya que estaba pagado,,volví a llamarlos ( agencia de viajes) solicitando una explicacion,respuesta que el mi banco reclamo el dinero,no siendo esto verdad nunca se recibió el dinero,,les pido a todos mucho cuidado con ellos no compren vuelos,,son muy extraños,

This company are scammers. Read other reviews. They falsely advertise flights and available. When you have booked and paid, they call you and tell you that it needs to be upgraded as basic. They then say it's not available. Then they refuse to refund you. They lie about everything, including the terms and conditions. They call you back hassling you, pretending to offer you a great alternative. I found the same deal again, screenshot it and reported them to the company they advertise on. KKOW YOUR RIGHTS AND INSIST ON A REFUND. AVOID THIS COMPANY. DISHONEST PRACTICE.

Travelo1 is a big SCAM! Their site shows a flight at a price they can’t give, then they make you call and try to switch you to a flight that costs twice as much. Total scam.

harassment and bad communication

Booked a ticket with this company and received a phone call a few minutes later stating the reservation couldn't be processed and that the cost of the ticket would be almost 5 times the original price. We understood and asked that the reservation be cancelled. We were told that was fine, the reservation would be canceled and credit card would not be charged. A few hours later, we began receiving calls from them saying they could book a different ticket to a different location (about 1 hour from original destination) for still a higher price, but less than originally quoted. Told them No, thank you. They began calling today and insisted that they were going to keep the original reservation and were going to charge credit card. We said No, you are not going to charge us, we're tired of your phone calls and do not want to do business with you any longer. We still aren't sure if they were trying to say they made a mistake the first time (in quoting us the higher price) and could honor the original reservation or they were just saying they were still going to charge the $190.00 for whatever reason.
