Extremely helpful and kind

Extremely helpful and kind. Worked with Sam Brown and they managed to assist me in planning my family trip!

Scam

Like many folks writing about Travelo1 scam, I booked flights and entered my credit card info. Within minutes I received emails and phone calls telling me we were eligible for standby only. When asked them to cancel they said they were non-refundable and tried to double the price. I quickly cancelled my card before the charge was processed. A real pain as most of you know. Received no less that 20 more emails and 10 phone calls. I toyed with them a bit which turned into a phone fight with numerous people who barely spoke English! This company should be banned from the internet! Scam!

BIG SCAM!!! STAY AWAY FOM THIS WEBSITE.

tried to sell me extras before issuing the tickets and then proceeded to tell me flight is not available and my tickets i bought are on standby. Not what I paid for. they wouldn't refund my money and will only give me credit.

Mike did a good job handling my booking.

Mike did a good job handling my booking. There was much confusion due to the website, but he and his boss were patient and professional.

Zero Stars!

Booked a flight, then got multiple emails saying I needed to call because there is a problem with the flight. I call, the guy basically said everything is fine. I get more emails. I chose to email customer service, no answer. I call, get someone else who I can barely understand due to thick accent. She says the flight didn't go through and now it's a standby flight. Of course, if I want to pay $700 more, they can get me a flight. I said I wanted to cancel and a refund. She told me to take it up with the bank and hung up on me! Thoroughly regret ever contacting them!

Ever had a customer service experience that went from chaos to perfection?

Ever had a customer service experience that went from chaos to perfection? Let me tell you about mine. We hit a snag with payment verification, and Ashley was about to leave. She promised Mike would handle it, and boy, did he deliver! Despite the hurdles, he went above and beyond to sort everything out. Ashley even followed up the next morning to ensure everything was still smooth. Mike and Ashley, you two are simply amazing! Thank you both immensely for turning our stressful situation around!

A group of 6 booked airfare through

A group of 6 booked airfare through Travelo1, but the first booking didn’t work out since we all couldn’t get on that flight. Minutes later, an agent named Roman called me, and he was amazing. He explained everything clearly, worked with me, and kept in touch all day until everything was sorted out and everyone had their tickets. It was so confusing, but he made it easy and took the stress away. Now we are all on the same flight at a very good price! If you need someone to book your airfare, call Roman. You won’t regret it; he's so friendly and helpfull!!!

Deceptive.

This company acts like a scam. They rush you once you make the reservation you cannot do anything to cancel or get your money back even within 15 minutes to an hour like other booking companies. Avoid at all cost, you will lose your money!!

You would be shocked!

Prepare to be shocked! I booked what I thought was a premium economy flight, only to find myself crammed in the last row, labeled as basic economy. My confirmation clearly stated 'premium economy' from Travelo1. Shockingly, Delta denied offering premium economy on that flight, even though I paid for it! Their excuse? A 'new employee error.' They brushed off responsibility and suggested I dispute it with my card company. Don't fall into the same trap—know before you go! Avoid Delta's misleading practices and ensure your flight matches what you paid for.

Derrick really came through for me.

Derrick really came through for me. I mistakenly bought a one-way ticket without luggage allowance. Derrick called immediately and clarified the travel rules. He guided me smoothly and arranged a round-trip ticket at a good rate for July!

Scam, never use this site.

I bought a ticket for 545usd. Then they immediately called saying it is overbooked not seat available but they could offer me one for 200usd more. As this is not refundable I did accept. Next time you book something please avoid to click yes on the "non refundable" this guys are basically a scam.

Steve was a very kind person

Steve was a very kind person who helped me rebook my flight due to an errir. He really went out of his way to assist me.

Do not use them

I was told a price via phone, then 2 hours later, flight not available, bait and switch. took advantage of senior citizen

My experience with the company was good

My experience with the company was good, even though I encountered an issue with my flight booking. However, Robin was really helpful in sorting it out. They were efficient and friendly. Thanks!

My first experience with Travelo1 was great!

My first experience with Travelo1 was great! Andres Lopez was super friendly and helpful. He found me the quickest trip from Anchorage, Alaska to the Caribbean at a great price. He listened to all my needs, and the service was excellent!

bait and switch

I bought a family ticket for 2k. Then they immediately called saying it is overbooked but they could offer me one for 4k. Bait and switch.

Crooks-scam- bait and switch

I cannot believe they are still getting away with these tactics. My experience is the same for all of these other 1 star reviews. I agreed to pay for business class for international flight which they charged me for their advertised rate. Low and behold I have economy tickets for 3 legs and premium for one. No business class. I got the same $3700 charge as one of the other reviewers. I will keep on this until someone puts a stop to. We can all report to Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, their state Dept in NJ and your own state. Don’t let them continue these deceptive practices.!

Travelo1 is definitely a go-to for me.

Travelo1 is definitely a go-to for me. Why? 'Cause Derick, their customer service rep, rocks! He hooked me up with low-cost flights to Jamaica in July. That's awesome, right?

I had a good time.

I had a good time. Mike helped me with my booking. He was nice and answered all my questions. I would ask for him again in any future bookings. Thank you.

The company needs to provide

The company needs to provide more details on its website so customers can understand better what they're booking.

Travel01 really came through for

Travel01 really came through for my family during a tough time. With airfare prices through the roof for the Robotics competition, we were stressed. But James Montana stepped in and helped us out big time. He found us a good deal on tickets and made sure we could all sit together. I can't thank him enough for his understanding and care. He made us feel valued, not just like another customer.

My experience with the company

My experience with the company was really disappointing. I attempted to book a flight, and they attempted to trick me by claiming I couldn't board the flight I had purchased. They insisted I pay extra for another one. Despite my repeated requests, they adamantly refused to refund my money. Our conversation turned into a 20-minute argument where they kept repeating the same non-refundable policy, even though they couldn't deliver the flight I initially paid for. It was a confusing and frustrating situation that left me and my friends feeling deceived and upset about the apparent scamming attempt.
