Ryan Belford was really helpful in fixing the problem and getting things sorted out. I’m not happy at all with how hard it was to fix a problem that wasn’t even my fault. I don’t recomend using Expedia for booking trips. They add random fees and then charge you a lot of money… it feels like a scam. Even when the airline caused the problem, they still made it worse.

I reached out to them on Sunday, and by Monday at 1 pm, they had already booked my ticket. About 6 hours later, I got my e-ticket. Paul gave me the deal, but I can’t recall the name of the other person who actually booked it. Thanks a lot, you guys are very good and really professional. Their customer service on both phone and online is super helpful and nice. My ticket was $700 cheaper than the regular price.

The airplane should have checked if there's a scam linked to your contact number. Someone tried to get my credit card details and claimed I wasn't confirmed on my return ticket. Be cautious! However, when I called back feeling unsure, Freddie Smith was very helpful and gave me all the details I needed, reassuring me that everything was fine.
