Very supportive customer care

I purchased a 1 month Riseguide trial today. However, at one step an additional Al charge was added to my purchase, it wasn’t very clear when I made the rise guide assessment. Upon contacting customer support, I was supported by ***, who was very prompt and supportive and not only resolved the issue in no time but also gave me further advise about my purchase. She was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Five star for support, reduced one star as this issue should have occurred in the first place .

Good content, heavy paywall

Felt motivated by the streaks and concise lessons, slightly annoyed that most paths require premium. Still, quality is high and I’m learning daily.
