A mistake on my part resulted in an extra charge being put on my PayPal

I made a mistake by adding a charge for another offering on the website which I did not choose at this point. It was reversed immediately after I contacted ****. I so appreciated this.

Thanks to the team for making a refund for a second payment I made after I mistakenly chose the wrong option. It was my fault, but the team was generous enough to issue a refund. I really appreciate this

No risk to try out!

Although the content did not match my needs, it was a real no risk trial as customer service honoured the refund when I wanted to cancel my subscription. Customer service was quick to respond and respectfully answered all my questions. I think it's good to know for those who want to try out the program.

I wrote to Suport email at **** as I have been charged even I cancelled my subscription. Then **** has attended and solve my issue promptly and professionally. She is very helpful and didn’t even waste much time to provide appropriate solutions. I highly recommend **** as she did great job . ❤️

I joined with an intro offer, liked the short lessons, and felt more focused. Support replied quickly when I asked about cancel steps. The only hiccup was spotting the renewal details across app variants. Best part is how simple the training feels day to day.

Human customer service

I had an autorenew that I was unaware of and was upset to see if taken from my credit card when I had not been able to use the service - I wrote to customer service and Kira was understanding and refunded me as a gesture of goodwill. Its nice that some companies are still human after all
