A huge thank you to ****, who treated this issue with urgency and care. Her communication was top notch and she resolved the issue quickly.

Don't do it!

I bought a plan for Rise Guide at a discounted price of $15.99USD to help with improving my Instagram account. It was marketed as a one-off payment. When I got access to the product, the app could only be used on a mobile phone. I tend to prefer using a laptop for reading documents and ended up not downloading the app to my phone. Another factor influencing this decision was a disclaimer saying that the app would mine data from my phone. A lesson learnt, I thought. The following month I was charged $49.99USD to continue the subscription. What??? The autopay that was set up with PayPal without my knowledge was cancelled shortly thereafter. Don't be a sucker like me. Stay well away from both Rise Guide and Celeb Innovations Limited who are behind them. They are companies who engage in misleading business practices.

BE WARNED: THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

Absolute scam! Stole my money after I specifically asked them to cancel all payments. Tricked me into cancelling my PayPal claim with the promise of a full refund and only gave me part of my money back. Terrible organization and currently seeking legal action.

This company just started charging on my credit card. I did not sign up for this. Watch your cards. report immedicately. I never heard of these people.

Signed up for a free trial, immediately cancelled so I didnt forget before the deadline. Taking money from my account each month. £19.99 first month. £59.99 second month!!! Not done through apple subscriptions so you can’t cancel it.

I first signed up for rise guide because one of their products looked useful and it seemed easy to understand. I didn’t get to use it fully though, as I was busy and had other things to focus on. When I tried to cancel my Subscription through Apple Pay, it was a bit tricky at first. But they really cared about helping me and managed to sort everything out, which I really liked. If I have more time or need their help in the future, I will certainly give rise guide another chance.

Scam Artists with ZERO Original Content

Scam artists. They withhold information on subscriptions, reel you in on a £19.99 a month deal, then without notification, bump you up to £59.99 A MONTH. The content on there is nothing impressive. It’s an AI built app that has regurgitated content from other creators that you could find for free on ChatGPT. It’s certainly not worth over £700 a year.

RiseGuide has exceeded my expectations. It feels like a personal trainer for the mind: supportive, practical, and effective. The more I use it, the more I notice how my thinking and habits improve. I can honestly say this app is worth every minute I spend on it.

They say you sign up for a subscription when you sign up for a single course and when you log in there’s not mention of subscription or way to manage said subscription or payment. The customer service is anything but. Super disappointed.

I like that everything here is to the point. I especially appreciate the practical advice and examples. RiseGuide inspires you not to stop at what you have achieved. An excellent app for those who are working on themselves, would totally recommend!

They will keep charging your account after you cancel the subscription and delete the app. Then they refuse to refund due to the app "not meeting my standards"
