The products are quite pricey, but the customer service is really good. I bought the Tower 28 spray, which was out of stock everywhere else. Sadly, the package never showed up, but when I reached out to customer service, they refunded my entire order, including shipping (from the US to Portugal), on the same day. They also responded fast, and it didn’t feel like the usual "robotic responses" you often get from other companies.

The customer service is quite good. I have been buying from them for a long time, and when there is a problem, they quickly fix it. I get an answer when I call customer service within a few minutes, and it is simple to resolve things. Today, I received the wrong skirt, and after I let them know, they quickly sent the right one and refunded me 10% of the cost as a nice touch. They also include a free returns label in the package. A really straightforward and honest company to work with.

I purchased a Ralph Lauren gray hoodie

I purchased a Ralph Lauren gray hoodie in medium size. I was shocked to find a used gray cropped hoodie size small from ALO yoga, which isn’t even sold by Revolve, instead. It looks like someone at their store swapped out the new items with their own old clothes. I’ve never been this upset. I called them, and they’re sending a new one, but I still have to return this awful used hoodie via UPS.
