Mr.bet

Soporte correcto, respuesta lenta

Si no te apurás, rinde.

Straight answers on KYC

Liquidity of info was solid. Chat listed exactly which proofs were needed and how to mask card digits. Polite tone and my ticket closed the same day.

Fun app, bring patience

Odds are I will keep playing, but I verify early now. Payout checks can take time. Games are solid, promos are constant, and support tries, sometimes too scripted.

Quick sign up, big lobby

Mobile UI is straightforward. Registration took a couple minutes, and I jumped between tables and slots easily. I did the KYC early which made later withdrawals smoother.

Lots of games, okay service

Emails arrived quickly, and chat followed up after I uploaded ID. The casino list is long, navigation is simple, and my smaller cashouts came through without drama. Larger ones needed more checks.

First spin memory

Liquidity aside, that first bonus round triggered fast on a new slot. I laughed and forgot the clock. Small win, happy mood, UI never stuttered.

Satisfied after verification

I felt reassured once documents were approved and my e-wallet withdrawal hit same day. Games ran smoothly throughout my sessions.

Easy app, read the terms

Mr.bet made signup quick and the lobby is huge. I enjoyed the promos but hit a verification pause before cashout. Once cleared, the experience felt good. Navigation on mobile is extra smooth.

Clear and respectful chat

They outlined the steps, set expectations, and followed up with an email confirmation. Professional, calm, and my issue was resolved.

Good games, some delays

I deposited by card and found lots of providers. Live chat answered but sometimes felt canned. My withdrawal took longer than advertised due to proof-of-payment checks. Once done, payouts proceeded fine.

Big win screenshot moment

I landed a rare feature and instantly took a screenshot for friends. Cheesy, but that meter filling up felt insanely good.

Clear answer on wagering

Asked why my balance was locked. Agent explained wagering left and gave the exact figure. Friendly and concise.

Good site, variable payouts

Felt satisfied with games. First withdrawal took days, later ones were faster.

Fun slots, mind the rules

Love the selection and frequent offers, but I learned to track max bet rules. Once I did, withdrawals were uneventful.

KYC loop but paid

Got stuck in a document back-and-forth for a larger win. Slightly annoying, but once approved, payout landed within hours.

Promos keep me spinning

Reloads and free spins drop often. I just grab the ones I can clear and enjoy the rest of the week.

Straightforward, mobile friendly

Registering took a minute. The lobby is tidy, and the cashier felt familiar. Found live tables quickly with the search bar.

0 stars, this is a total scam.

0 stars, this is a total scam. You can't withdraw any money and you don't win anything. This site needs to be shut down and nobody should ever try it.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Fraudulent site. They don't always provide bonuses and promotions. When you try to withdraw, you don't always get your money. My girlfriend has been waiting for her funds for over a month now.

WATCH OUT- One of the most horrible online casinos

WATCH OUT- One of the most horrible online casinos I've ever used. I asked to get my available funds back, but they've said multiple times that my money has been e-transferred. It hasn't come through. They told me my concerns have been taken to the next level, but that's a lie. I contacted Interac, and they confirmed there's been no e-transfer to me. The company says it's based in Alberta but is actually in New Zealand. The games don't payout either. To me, it seems like a scam and fraud.

I've tried various online casinos

I've tried various online casinos, but Mr Bet stands out for its decent slot payouts, quick account checks, and the helpful support team that informed me live about the many free and deposit bonuses available here.

MrBet casino is really great! Their bonuses are awesome, and their support team is really fast at fixing any problems. I had a problem once, but their support team fixed it right away! I engaged with this gaming platform

I engaged with this gaming platform, making several deposits and winning 653.00 CAD on January 31st. Despite being promised a maximum 5-day wait for withdrawal, the process became frustrating. After being informed I was in the queue, no response followed. When I inquired, they shifted blame to my bank without resolution. This platform may eventually pay, but it seems they prefer players to deposit before facilitating payouts. A cautionary note: anticipate delayed payouts. Consider alternatives like Betty, though similar issues may persist.

Despite encountering occasional withdrawal

Despite encountering occasional withdrawal challenges, Mr. Bet's support team exhibited commendable assistance, ensuring a seamless resolution. The website's extensive game selection stands unmatched, fostering anticipation for future gameplay. The diverse gaming options outweigh the sporadic withdrawal hurdles, making it an enticing platform for enthusiasts like me.

I'm genuinely pleased with my experience

I'm genuinely pleased with my experience at Mr. Bet, notwithstanding a bit of additional red tape. The diverse selection of games and the amiable support team create an outstanding environment to relish and potentially strike it big. Kudos to this casino! The highlight lies in the extensive game options and supportive staff, while the drawback is the minor bureaucratic hurdles.

What a rollercoaster experience with

What a rollercoaster experience with Mr.Bet! Initially, I hit a stroke of luck, winning big and feeling optimistic. However, the verification process was unexpectedly prolonged, and they claimed a breach of terms, seemingly scamming me of 2900Euro. After polite email exchanges, they rechecked without notice, and the money is now in my account! Despite the hiccup, the 5000Euro payout is successfully on my bank account. Mr.Bet's game selection is impressive, but it's unfortunate that NoLimit isn't available in Norway. The live chat, though using translation, lacks a personal touch but offers a chance to escalate complaints for a more personalized resolution.
