Masterschool is a great school! I don’t want to go, even though the diploma means a lot to me. The career team is really skilled and helpful—I’ve never felt so sure and proud of myself. Thanks Madterschool!

Masterschool is great at helping you develop skills

Masterschool is great at helping you develop skills (both soft and technical) while also giving you real-world experience, and even helping you get hired (indirectly, by connecting you with employers). They assist you with perfecting your job applications and preparing for interviews. Even those who are already employed still get support (and share their own advice and knowledge with current students and recent graduates). Masterschool! They really stick with you until you get there. A true Angel of Career Success.

Fraud

The services and consultations that they offer are filled with mistakes. I believe this is due to an insurmountable cultural barrier. Not only do they lack German-speakers, but they do so precisely because their company does not recognize basic norms of the human experience and work-life balance in Germany.

I was searching for a reliable course to kickstart

I was searching for a reliable course to kickstart my journey as an AI Engineer and fortunately, I came across Masterschool in my Gmail Promotions. From the beginning, it caught my attention with all the career guidance, live sessions, IHK Berlin certificate, and the free Macbook. I have been very pleased with everything so far. I’ll update this review once I finish the course. I plan to begin in March this year.

scam

This company is a complete a scam. They have no idea what they are doing and using an approach of hiring and firing employees to get grunt work done at the lower levels. Additionally, due to an absolute s**t onboarding process, they set all of their employees up for failure and their clients as a direct result.

Jumping from accounting to cybersecurity

Jumping from accounting to cybersecurity seemed like a wild ride, but Masterschool made it work. Their program was intense, sure, but the structure helped balance my job and studies. Raymond, my mentor, was a rockstar. His guidance and faith in me kept me going even when things got tough. The hands-on stuff was the best part. Platforms like ITPro TV and TryHackMe made learning practical and fun. And the career accelerator? Total game changer. It prepped me for interviews and the real world. Job hunting's been tricky with sponsorship issues, but Masterschool's career coaching's still got my back. Plus, my new skills have boosted my freelance web design gig and paved the way for a master’s in info security. For anyone eyeing cybersecurity, Masterschool's the real deal. Stick with it, work hard, and the rewards are yours.

Diving into that program felt like a whirlwind, but it totally paid off. The course didn't just stick to dry theory; it mixed in real-world stuff that made everything click. The instructors? They were awesome, sharing industry secrets that turned tricky ideas into stuff I could really get my head around. Then there were the projects—real, hands-on work that got me ready for the job market. And the people I met? We've built some solid connections that'll stick with me for life. If I had one tweak, it'd be to toss in a sneak peek at more advanced topics at the end, just to keep the momentum going.

My time at Masterschool was a great experience!

My time at Masterschool was a great experience! I signed up in October 2023 to study Data Analysis, and from the beginning, the focus on quality was clear. The mentors were really good at what they do, and I learned important skills like Python, SQL, and Tableau, which helped me prepare for the job market. After finishing the course, I moved into the Career Accelerator phase, which was a big help. I got support with my CV and cover letter, and I also worked on my interview techniques. Even after I graduated, I had access to more learning resources to keep my skills fresh. Now, in October 2024, I’m excited to start my new position as a Junior Data Analyst at Solvians / WallStreetDocs. I strongly recommend Masterschool—I’m proof that they can help you go from beginner to job ready.

When I started with Masterschool, I thought

When I started with Masterschool, I thought it would be a good place to find a job in data, and I still believe that. But I've come to realize that getting a certificate is just the beginning of the journey to find work. During my course, I picked up Python, SQL, advanced Excel, and many other important tools for a data analyst. Masterschool guided us through different platforms to practice our skills and offered help with networking and using LinkedIn. The hardest part for me has been, and still is, finding a job. As a mother who can't manage an 8-hour onsite position and with some language difficulties, I encounter many challenges. Still, I am happy I chose Masterschool.

Joining Masterschool was quite an

Joining Masterschool was quite an adventure! I had zero coding skills when I started, but by the end, I felt job-ready. The program covers all the essentials—HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React for the front-end, and Node.js, Docker, PostgreSQL, Git for the backend. Instructors are super helpful and know their stuff, making every lesson interesting. The 9-months flew by because the pacing was just right. What really impressed me was the support after graduation. They didn't just leave me hanging; I got to work on actual projects, which boosted my confidence and skills. If you're aiming to dive into coding with some solid, hands-on experience, Masterschool is definitely worth it!

When I signed up for

When I signed up for Masterschool, I was really hopeful about getting a job in data analysis. Honestly, the course delivered a lot – we went through Python, SQL, advanced Excel, and other key tools. They even showed us different platforms to practice on and gave tips on networking and using LinkedIn, which was pretty cool. But, finding a job has been tough. Being a mom, I can't do a full 8-hour office job, and my language skills aren't the best, so it's been a struggle. Still, no regrets choosing Masterschool, it gave me the foundation I needed. Just wish the job market was a bit kinder.

Growing up, I always loved

Growing up, I always loved solving problems with numbers, even if I didn't exactly know what a Data Analyst was. I zoomed through high school by 14, but my parents thought Guidance and Counselling was a better fit for me. I graduated, but man, it just didn't click. I missed numbers, so I started dabbling in Excel courses on Coursera and got hooked. After moving to the UK, I stumbled upon Master School for Data Analytics. I was already working on a master's degree, but data analytics was my true passion, so I jumped in. The school gave me all the tools I needed—Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau—you name it. With a ton of support, I went from a newbie to graduating with distinction in just eight months. Master School made it all possible, even letting me pay later, which was a lifesaver.

Taking the Masterschool Data Analytics

Taking the Masterschool Data Analytics course was a game-changer for me. With over a decade in IT, I felt a bit rusty on my coding skills. This course took me from zero to hero in Python, sharpened my SQL, and introduced me to cool tools like Tableau. The material was tough at first, no lie, but the support from Masterschool kept me going. They even helped me out when life got in the way, offering mental health breaks and support without any admin drama. What really stands out is how I can now see the full picture of a data analytics project. It's not just theory; it's real-world stuff with Python, SQL, and Tableau. Plus, their Career Accelerator Program was spot on. My Career Success Advisor helped jazz up my LinkedIn and resume, and guided me through job apps. Huge thanks to Masterschool for not just teaching me, but setting me up for success in data analytics.

Thinking about a career change?

Thinking about a career change? Masterschool's Fullstack bootcamp might be just what you need. I completed the bootcamp about 14-15 months ago, and it was intense but rewarding. The main course had 15 sprints and projects, and there was a shorter follow-up course to fill in skill gaps. Live sessions and recorded ones really helped, and the community was supportive. Everyone shares the journey, which is golden because coding can be lonely. They've updated the program since I started, adding features like internships for real-life experience. You’ll need to dedicate 1000+ hours during the bootcamp and more for advanced training and internships. It's tough, but seeing your code work is amazing. I opted for Success-Based Education, which you pay for once you get a job—a great option given economic realities. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to be a developer or designer. It’s a lot of work and can be depressing, but you’re not alone. Your cohort will be right there with you. In my opinion, it’s a solid 4-5 stars, so I gave it 5. The job hunt is up to you, but the training is top-notch.
