Onboarding emails were helpful and the dashboard ties product research, listings, and ads nicely. I hit usage caps on Cerebro sooner than expected and upgraded. Support answered, but the queue during Prime Day prep was long. Still, insights paid for the sub.

Helium 10 is good for Amazon sellers. I've tried other tools like Jungle Scout, but the features offered by Helium 10, such as Cerebro and Keyword Magnet, have been really useful.

This company ain't great because their Terms & Conditions ain't fair. They don't give refunds even if you miss cancelling a subscription by a minute. They took $999 for a year, real pricey. Better find another service with nicer customer service.

As a customer from Germany, I am always amazed at how quickly I receive a response and how quickly a solution is found. So far I have always been helped in a friendly and competent way by Mike Da Jose and the team. Keep up the good work! The product itself speaks for itself. The data provided is important for making data-based decisions in e-commerce.

I've been using Helium for a while now, over a year actually. It's kinda pricey (just my opinion) but gives a lot. I did the Amazon FBA course (still going back to some lessons), found my 1st product with the black box, and Magneto and Cerebro really helped with my Amazon KDP. Just be more picky with companies in your seller solutions hub ;)

I got shuffled around from one person to the next. Then I found out I couldn't get my money back. These folks lack basic empathy. And their tools aren't even that great. Avoid Helium10. Customer service is terrible!

Over a span of three days, I struggled to rectify an issue with the Amazon connection, only to face continual failure. However, the request for a refund was met with swift imposition of terms and conditions, creating a frustrating situation.
