Mike Miller from Reservations initially gave me some unhelpful rate info. I took a moment to figure out my next move. Then Mike called with great news - he managed to lower the rate by 50%. I was really surprised to get a call back. Mike and I worked together to secure a room for this weekend at a fair price. For excellent service, ask for Mike Miller.

Masquerading as Southwest

I attempted to call Southwest Airlines to make sure I had early bird check in for a trip. Their number is 800-435-9792. I accidentally dialed 800-435-9762 which apparently connected me to thetravelmakers.us. I explained my issue to them and they never identified themselves and tried to charge me for early bird check in. When i declined the charge, they cancelled my flight with Southwest. Fortunately I was able to rebook when I called Southwest. I called 800-435-9762 and asked who I was talking to and the person identified themselves as Mytripbookers. I asked for and address and they hung up on me. I immediately tried to call again and now I just get a busy signal, I assume they are blocking me. I cannot say they actually identified themselves as Southwest but they never gave any indication that they were not and it is obvious that they are using a number similar to Southwest to lure in people.

They are a total scam! Never submitted a ticket and they tried to charge me 1500 after the initial purchase was 450. Total scam!!! Stay away! Even though the reservation was in less than 24 hours they say I would lose my money! Very rare policy specifically when no ticket has been issue and is less than 24 hours. Horrible customer service! Very rude people no help at all.

I live in another state and bought a ticket for my son. I was really unsure if this was even legit. However, Howard calmed my fears and made sure my son got his ticket in plenty of time to catch his flight. Thank you, Howard, you're the best. Hope to work with you in the future.

Complete SCAM

They offer to you a price. Once you give the CCredit Card details and pay for it, they tell you the ticket now is the double. You have to decide if paying the double for the ticket or pay them $120 for cancelation fee. They are "kidnapping" your credit card number and "blackmail" you with that. DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!!!

Jeremy helped me with my flights on Southwest Airlines' website today. After I booked, SW tried to up the price on me. I had a frustrating morning with hang ups and tough talks. Jeremy made sure my booking was confirmed. I really liked his help.

I booked a ticket online for $380,

I booked a ticket online for $380, thinking that was the final price. However, shortly after, I received a call explaining that this amount only secured the seat, and I needed to pay an additional $400 for the ticket. I mentioned that the website displayed a different price, but was told it hadn't been updated. Despite being offered a better deal compared to the airline's price, I requested to cancel. Initially, I was informed that cancellation wasn't possible due to the economy/basic fare. After some discussion, they agreed to cancel without a fee as a one-time courtesy.
