$40 minimum checkout is too much! I have items in my cart for about $20 but can't buy them! Other websites only need $15 or $20 to check out.

I always get my stuff in good shape. Delivery time is OK (about a week). Reviews on the app are nice cause I see the product in real life (through picture reviews). Measurements are great too. Some materials tho, are not what they say they are. There's some stuff that makes you sweat and stink more in your armpits :(. Overall tho, great experience using Temu.

Ain't the greatest

Have ordered several items from them and the quality ain't the greatest but neither is the price. Be careful with sizes in clothes but getting a size bigger than you think works. Tools are good for hobbies, maybe not pros. Will buy more. But, there's one big drawback - too many messages and offers that'll drive you nuts, had to block'em.

Посмотрел прайс. Выбрал два товара на сумму 512 грн. Оплатил через карту. Приходит сумма 20,31 долларов, т.е. на 321 грн дороже. Пишу в поддержку, отвечают, что следят за рынком и товары подорожали. Отказался, пообещали, что деньги вернут на карту от 5 дней до месяца. Мошенники!!! Не ведитесь

Terrible, theft, assault, fraud

Several issues with temu. They often send damaged and used items advertised as new. Lie when you have video evidence of your return and refuse to give you a refund. Claim they will cover shipping costs then refuse to pay you back for the packing material they previously stated they would pay for. Send items so damaged that they required stitches from cutting open my hand then blatantly request I piece the item together and return it. I asked for a way to return the item safely regarding me packing, shipping handlers, and for the person who will be opening the return and they said to package as is even if it results in further bodily damages.

I've had my stair lift for 14 years. Only broke down once in that time, batteries' problem. I'd recommend Stannah to anyone needing one. Staff are lovely & the engineer Mal was 100% a lovely lad. Clean & tidy. Five stars.

I've bought some great stuff from Temu, looks pricy but cheap. I skip pop up bonuses, not real. Only issue is orders take 8-10 days, from China, so okay. They said deliveries will be faster, not yet. But tracking is detailed.

I gotta say, I've never done as much online shopping as after I downloaded Temu for my phone a few months ago; and a few months and MANY orders later I am still not disappointed. There is so much great stuff to amazing prizes. Everything I've bought has been of pretty good quality considered what I paid.

Not too shabby of a company. Stuff's a tad better than your usual China junk. Prices are okay. The downside is they're sluggish with delivering your stuff and use the crummiest courier-Hermes/Evri. Still waiting for my stuff. Had something from China arrive faster. Delivery is what stops me from giving five stars. If they switched courier and sped up, they'd get five stars.

Yes my name is Donna. I started shopping at Temu I think in October about a couple of things and wow they got good prices so I kept shopping and kept shopping. I was spending four and 500 a month shopping there. I’m buy for children that don’t have much I try to make them smile cute outfit, shoes toy anyway I’ve been having fun doing this and I realized I returned back and I didn’t think I got my money back for it or credit so I went to Support Ask, what they look it up and they tell me I didn’t send the items back that the order came back but the pants weren’t in there but there was extra items in there but they look into it I said OK so I look into it well, I find the order where they refunded the pants for credit I go back to Support and tell them. my apologies here’s the order it was refunded… You know I’m in full-blown investigation they cut me off I can’t shop there anymore. They won’t let me they just keep saying I’m under investigation and won’t tell me why or what’s going on. I’ve never been told I couldn’t spend my money anywhere.
