Poor Refund Policy

I actually started using their virtual card and purchase with it has been okay. But on the 31st of July 2025, I did a topup and it never reflected in my virtual card. I sent a ticket to the support, which got a reply after over 24hrs. They asked me to provide supporting document to proof my claim, which I did. After another 24hrs, They responded that I will be refunded within 7 working days. The time has long passed, I have not seen refud, they are no more responding to my tickets. Till now as I type, they have not refused me.

Everything was fine until the service hit some legal problems with the physical bank in the US where the accouts were held. It’s been over a month and I just keep getting automatic replies. I have cash stuck in the void because of this, and even though they say they started wotking with a new bank, they won’t share my account details, so I can’t get my pay. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Update: the company has improved its communication with customers about the situation. They are sending frequent updates, and their customer service team is replying to emails and doing regular follow-ups.
