    I tried sending my resume

I tried sending my resume twice but both times they said it was blank. When I called their customer service, the call got disconnected. Tried again, got a message saying the office was closed. Now I’m down to just 2 days left on my account, so I went on chat to ask for a 2-week extension. They said the best they could do was offer me an extra month for $4.95. I sent my resume again and told the chat person that I’d cancel if I didn’t get a review. Should’ve just asked for a refund. Not feeling very hopeful about FlexJobs at this point.

    I had a really great

I had a really great experience with customer service at FlexJobs. The agent I spoke to was super friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my situation. He went above and beyond to help me out, even finding a special discount so I could keep using the service. It was clear he wanted to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Honestly, it made me feel valued as a customer. It's rare to find such dedicated and kind customer service these days. Thanks a bunch!

Waste of time and effort, really frustrating

I recently tried out this job site, and it was a mess. Got my email somehow and thought, why not. But right off the bat, there are endless questions and they want your resume. Finally, when they show you some job results, there’s a catch—paywall pops up outta nowhere after you've entered all your info. And the jobs? Completely off from what I was looking for. To top it off, they set up an auto-renewal payment that you have to dig into your account to cancel. Feels like a total scam to me. Waste of time and effort, really frustrating.

    I've been job hunting for

I've been job hunting for a while now, and I have to say, this site really stands out. Unlike other places, it actually checks out the businesses before they post jobs. This means I don't have to stress about running into scams or shady stuff. I've tried a bunch of other sites, and they just don't have the same level of trust. It's a relief knowing that the jobs here are legit and I can focus on finding the right fit without all the extra worry. Even though I'm still looking, this site gives me some peace of mind in the process.

It's not like the usual job boards

I recently tried out FlexJobs, and honestly, it's a gem for job hunting. The site is super user-friendly, and the search filters are awesome for zeroing in on the perfect gigs. What I loved most, though, is the extra career advice and resources they provide—it really makes a difference. If you're on the lookout for flexible, remote, or freelance work, definitely give FlexJobs a shot. It's not like the usual job boards; it's way better.

    I am beyond frustrated with

I am beyond frustrated with this company's unsubscribe process. I complained, asking for an immediate unsubscribe, but was told it would take 5-7 business days. Totally unacceptable. After five days, they claimed it was done and apologized. But guess what? I'm still getting emails, despite not engaging with them at all. This feels like pure spam to me. They don't follow through on their promises, and I'm seriously considering legal action because this seems illegal. Their customer service is a joke, and they just don’t seem to care about respecting my request. Avoid this company if you value your inbox.

    I signed up for this

I signed up for this website, hoping it would be useful, but it turned out to be a huge waste of money. After joining, there were no reminders or emails nudging me to use the service. It just sat there, and then I saw the charge on my account. That was the last straw. I canceled my subscription and I'm never going back. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It just didn't work out for me at all.

    I had a really frustrating

I had a really frustrating experience with this job listing site. I kept getting the same job postings I had already applied for and been rejected from, which was super annoying. When I reached out to customer service for help, they told me that even though there's a money-back guarantee, I didn't "qualify" for it. Really? Felt like a total scam. I would never recommend this site to anyone. It's a complete waste of money and time. So disappointed and annoyed. Use your resources somewhere else.

    I've been hunting for a

I've been hunting for a remote job and stumbled upon FlexJobs. Honestly, it made my search so much easier. No need to sift through endless scam postings or junk. Everything seemed legit and straightforward, which was a huge relief. Found some great listings, though I gotta say, the competition for national remote jobs is fierce. Still, it's worth it for the peace of mind knowing the jobs are real. Definitely suggest giving it a try if you're on the lookout for remote work.

    I was struggling with another

I was struggling with another job search site for a couple of months without any success. Decided to give FlexJobs a shot and signed up for their 90-day plan. Honestly, it was a game changer. The number of job opportunities was insane compared to what I was getting before. Landed a job pretty quickly after joining. Even though I canceled my subscription today, I'm relieved I still have access for another 40 days. Might need to find a part-time gig to boost my income, so it's good to have that extra time. FlexJobs really made a difference in my job hunt!

Dealing with Flexjobs has been a nightmare

Honestly, dealing with Flexjobs has been a nightmare. I bought their service through the app on 11/6/2024, canceled it on 11/8/2024, and requested a refund. But they keep telling me to go through Google Play for the refund. Google Play denies it, and Flexjobs won't help at all. It's been two months of back-and-forth with their customer service, and I have to explain my issue every single time. They don't seem to keep any records of my requests. Plus, no supervisor has contacted me despite my requests. Their money-back guarantee feels like a scam; I'm out $71.90. Why is it so hard to get my money back?

I tried to cancel my subscription

I tried to cancel my subscription and ran into some frustrating issues. There isn't a simple button on the account page to do it. I get that they have a retention department to try to keep customers, but involving an employee in the process feels unnecessary. Why can't it be a straightforward process? It would save time for everyone.

    I called customer service

I called customer service, and the representative was actually quite helpful. But, I gotta say, the pricing on the website feels pretty shady. It shows around $5/month, but then it’s $2.95 for 14 days, and if you don't cancel, it jumps to $23.95 a month! I only realized this after checking my bank statement. When I called them, they suddenly had a "deal" for $4/month. Why not just offer that from the start? It feels like they’re hoping people won't catch on to the price hike. Not cool, honestly. Just be upfront about your prices, it would save everyone a lot of frustration.

    I signed up for a four-month subscription

I signed up for a four-month subscription and applied to around 200 jobs, but not one interview came my way. I'm well-qualified for all the roles I went for, but within three days, I'd usually get a response saying they picked someone else. It's making me wonder if the jobs on FlexJobs are actually available or if they're just there to meet some HR requirements. It kinda feels like they already know who they want to hire before even posting the job. It's been really frustrating and disappointing, to be honest.

    I've been stuck with this

I've been stuck with this tech issue for three weeks now, and it's still not fixed. The worst part? The communication is terrible. First, I emailed the tech team—no response. After a while, I called them. The agent said they escalated my ticket, but more time passed, and I still heard nothing. So, I emailed again. Here I am, three weeks later, still dealing with the problem and only getting updates when I reach out first. I get that they're probably understaffed, but this is just too much. They offered me a discounted rate, not a refund, which makes no sense because apparently a refund would cancel my subscription. So, I'm paying for a service I can't use. Just hoping this gets sorted out soon.

    Setting up my profile on

Setting up my profile on FlexJobs was a breeze, and uploading my resume took no time at all. The job listings are from reliable companies, which gave me confidence in applying. I really appreciate the detailed job descriptions—they make it easy to understand what each role entails. Plus, seeing salary information upfront is a huge bonus. This site is fantastic for finding legitimate work-from-home jobs.

    Signed up for a trial

Signed up for a trial on FlexJobs and it was too smooth initially, but then things got weird. Most of the jobs I got were about faking reviews for products I hadn't even tried. Felt super shady and dishonest. When I wanted to cancel, the instructions they gave were totally wrong. Searched everywhere, even Googled it and browsed their site, but couldn't find proper directions to cancel before the trial ended. They even tried to charge me a few days early. Had to call my bank to block the payment. Overall, the experience left a bad taste. Wouldn't recommend it.
