Binance.com

Feature packed, learn the maze

There’s a tool for everything. It’s a lot, but once it clicks, it’s great. Jurisdiction limits can hide stuff though.

Still my main exchange

Low fees, many products, and quick withdrawals on cheap chains. Support varies with the market mood, but trading is top tier.

Withdrawing money from them is a total pain.

Withdrawing money from them is a total pain. Kraken took me just 10 minutes, but Binance has been 4 days and I’m still waiting, with a lot of problems along the way!

This app is nice for earning or trading

This app is nice for earning or trading and it works well to send money to others. I really like using this app.

Left Georgian Market

For sure one of the best in terms of listing of tokens and amount of products, but not having customer supports is huge downside; They are not available in Georgia anymore and now making deposits is harder

When the fiat deposit shows up in your Binance

When the fiat deposit shows up in your Binance spot, move the requested sum to your Binance internal wallet to confirm the Bitcoin amount. After paying this fee, the transfers to you will be unlocked and you can carry on with your activities without hassle.

They don't require customers to confirm their email

They don't require customers to confirm their email, which is a major miss for a banking site. Someone used my email to create an account, so I'm now receiving all their account alerts and transfer notifications. The ONLY way to contact their customer service is by calling a US number, which costs money. There’s no email support or online chat without logging in, which I can't do since I’m not a real customer. This is very very annoying and also a BIG data weak spot. People make mistakes! People get mixed up! People think they own an email they don’t! Verify those emails, please!

Binance used to allow withdrawal to gbp

Binance used to allow withdrawal to gbp but stopped. I have to move my funds to another exchange. They stopped me from withdrawing and said to wait 24 hours. Gross. I need my money today. Won’t use again after.

Coinmerce messed up my transfer

Coinmerce messed up my transfer, even though Binance said it was fine. Now that the migration's done, they're making their mistake my problem. No heads-up or communication from them. When I ask for help, they want me to pay loads of fees to fix it, plus extra work on my end. I talked to both sides, but they're just pointing fingers at each other. Neither wants to help, and they both gave me wrong info.

My encounter with Binance left me frustrated after encountering a fake advertisement for USD selling

My encounter with Binance left me frustrated after encountering a fake advertisement for USD selling. Despite the initial offer, the actual trade presented me with absurd prices, with the sellers claiming they only deal in USDT, not USD. This directly contradicted Binance's policies and resulted in a financial loss on my end. I strongly advise Binance to take strict action against any accounts found engaging in fraudulent practices to safeguard users' interests and maintain the platform's credibility. Such incidents undermine trust in the platform and can have significant repercussions for users, highlighting the need for swift and decisive measures to address such issues.

Széles termékpaletta, alacsony díj

Este a spoton kezdtem, majd futures. KYC egy kör volt. Tanulási pont a BNB díjkedvezmény és a proof of reserves menü megtalálása.

A platform robusztus, a díjak jók.

Épp kávé mellett stake-eltem a Launchpoolon. Gyors, tiszta folyamat, az APR is beütött. Elégedett mosoly, haladunk.

Chat segített a holdnál

Röviden, érthetően kommunikáltak, célba ért a tranzakció.

Párok, likviditás, jó díjak

A párok száma elképesztő, a könyv mély. A ticketre pár órán belül válasz jött. P2P-n gyorsan oldották a vitát.

Láttam a spórolást, mosolyogtam.

Később érthető választ kaptam a kivonási díjakról.

Jó, bár sablonos válasz

Jegyre korrekt választ adtak a PoR linkekről. Kicsit sablonos, de hasznos információ.

Gyors kitöltés, sikeres kiutalás

TRC20 választva pillanatok alatt kiment. Megkönnyebbülés, pontosan ilyenre vágytam.

Mindenevő ökoszisztéma

Spot, futures, Earn egy helyen. Kényelmes, mobil app stabil. Csúcsidőben support késhet.

KYC villámgyors, sok funkció

Binance: a reg és azonosítás gyorsan ment, 2FA beállítás sima. A felület erős, de elsőre túl sok funkció. A súgó videói segítettek eligazodni.
