I sent an email to herbspro asking to cancel my order. Their support agent Aiden answered me very quickly and cancelled the order right away (luckily it wasn’t sent yet). Very happy with that!

I called and they said it was out of stock, never notifying me. This was something I needed urgently for my health. I will not buy from them again and advise others to avoid Windmill as a store. They really hurt their reputaion.

Wow! I placed an order after reading reviews and honestly I was worried I got scammed. I even asked chatgpt and it told me Herbspro is real. In short, I just got my package, it took around two weeks to reach France.

The order was simple to follow while on the way; it showed up when you said it would, in fine shape, and the cost was fair. I was very happy. The odd thing is, I didn’t relize at the time it was bought from you and not the maker, so when I tried to get another one today, I went to them and paid more for the exact same item. Really nice service. It arived in just over a week to the UK and they handled my order in 3 days. Got many emails with updates and confirmation. I added the SavedBy package cover for around a quid. Delivery was around £15 to the UK. Got the shipping notice in 3 days and tracking from Asendia and Royal Mail kept me in the loop the whole time. No problems with customs at all. The product I picked was a fair price and hard to get anywhere else in the UK unless on eBay, where prices and delivery fees are higher and no sure it will show up. So overall, a good experiance and I look forward to buying again. :)

I made an order and got an email saying the package was sent. But when I looked, one item was not included. I sent an email about the missing item on 5 June, yet no reply after seven days. Also, the tracking shows no movement, just a label made but waiting for the seller to send the package. If they are fixing the issue behind the scenes, they should at least send an email to inform me. Now I’m beginning to doubt if this seller is legit.

Bought something on their site. When I got to paying part, it had a problem with my card or adress. Tried one more time but same thing happned. Thought it didn’t work. But next day saw both charges went from my bank.

I got Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg, 1000 capsules (cost near 20 dollars), but instead they gave me 50mg, 100 capsules (worth like 3 dollars). The shipping and fees from abroad were also quite high. It's not okay to make this kind of error with medcine. After I said something, they told me I could get a refund or the right product. I picked the right product, but now they’re saying refund is the only option. I guess we’ll see how it goes.

I placed an order with herbspro back in January but the package never arrived. I sent 3 emails and a message via their site, but never got any reply. In March, they emailed me to review their service, and I told them again I never got my order. From what I’ve seen, this company seems like a total scam.

My experience was worse than bad. I bought a \$67 probiotic that needs to stay cold. When it came, it had 2 gel packs but they were melted and warm. The probiotic was just room temperature and useless because it wasn’t chilled. I called many times and left messages but got no answer. I also sent 2 emails and got no reply. This company and its staff are scamers. I would never suggest buying from them.

Today is May 7, and my order was canceled on May 2. I haven’t received my refund yet, and I still haven’t heard back from them. I would suggest not ordering from them.
